ENTEBBE – The High Court sitting at Entebbe magistrates court under Lady Justice Jane Francis Abodo has started hearing of the case of late Uganda’s music icon and vocalist Moses Ssekibogo aka Mowzey Radio.
Last year key suspect Mr Godfrey Wamala alias Troy was committed to high court for trial. The prosecution aligned four witnesses including David Ebanget, Pamela Musimire.
Mr David Ebanget aka Producer Washington took the stand in court as a state witness to testify against the suspect Mr Godfrey Wamala alias Troy.

“He is the gentleman who took my brother’s life Mowzey Radio. I know him by face and name he is called Troy, I knew Ssekibogo Moses for 10 years, he is with God” Washington told court.
Godfrey ’Troy’ Wamala the prime suspect was arrested and transferred to Entebbe Police on February 4, 2018 following accusations that he murdered singer Mowzey Radio.
Mr Ssekibogo died in February 2018 at Case Hospital in Kampala following head injuries that he sustained from a fight that took place at De Bar in Entebbe.
