Former African Rally Champion, proprietor of Horizon buses and owner of a number of arcades in City Centre city Charles Muhangi is dead. A close family friend says Muhangi was found dead in his house in Buziga, an upscale city suburb today morning. The cause of his death remains unclear.
Vincent Ssekate the CID spokesperson confirmed and that CID detectives are at have been dispatched to Buziga to try to investigate what could have happened.
Muhangi has been embroiled in a city land wrangle with city businessmen Drake Lubega and Yanga Matovu.
